StandUp for Kids – Kitsap County

Kitsap Bank – Silverdale Branch
What a fantastic job done by the wonderful employees at Kitsap Bank Silverdale branch along with their customers. They packaged 343 meal bags, each containing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. A total of 1,029 meals plus 343 snacks. They also awarded us a check in the amount of $176.53. They have tripled their volume from last year. What a wonderful way they have given back to their communities by helping our homeless and at risk youth.

No Name Riders Motorcycle Club from Seattle has provided food supplies for our meal bags. They came in trucks to our storage units filling them up. What a noble organization. We are very grateful. This is their second year in helping our youth in Kitsap County.  A big thank you to all!

These amazing people have gone beyond the normal fundraising. They decided to pick up Krispy Kreme donuts (a 2 hour commute) and sell them at the entrance gate of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. It was a bright and early 6 AM calling, which is very impressive and shows their commitment in fundraising for us. They also collected new and gently used clothing valued at $3,184.00. Once presented with these items they also gave us a check on the sales of their donut drive in the amount of $638.50. A great surprise for sure. Thank you to all who participated in making this event a success.

Lastly, thank you to everyone in the community who came out and helped us make food packs at Kitsap Mall. Over 500 individual bags were packed, which contain breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. These are for our homeless & at risk youth. A special shout out to Angie, the mall manager, for a fantastic event. Another shout out to our wonderful volunteers: Margaret, Jo, Tricia, Patrick, Johann, Brittany, Vee, Judy, Mary, & Jane. Thank you all!
