StandUp for Kids - Kitsap County

Thank you to all of our amazing recent supporters below. With your help, we can help break the cycle of youth homelessness in Kitsap County!

West Sound Human Resource Management Association recently invited Margaret Rodriguez, Executive Director for StandUp for Kids - Kitsap County, to a luncheon and presented her with a check to provide 576 meals for our homeless and at-risk youth. We can't thank you all enough for this grant.

A "GIANT" shout out to Fred Meyer - Bremerton (Kroger family) who has granted our Chapter with funding to provide our youth with pre-packed meals for the next few months. These funds will cover over 2,951 meals with snacks. Being a part of their Zero Hunger-Zero Waste vision is exciting. We are extremely grateful for this generous donation.
From all of our volunteers we thank you!

Thank you UFCW 21 for choosing StandUp for Kids as one of your charities of choice. Tricia Nicks, our wonderful volunteer, is accepting this donation. Your union will truly make an impact the lives of our homeless and at-risk youth.

Movement Builders are leaders in UFCW 21 workplaces in Kitsap who come together regularly to educate and activate on issues impacting our workplaces and communities including workplace harassment, housing and homelessness and healthcare access.

Exciting news from Morgan Stanley in Silverdale! They just hosted their first fundraiser for our specific wish list foods and did a pack out. They also collected clothing items. A great job done by Katie Rubio coordinator for Glen Coates. We are so grateful!

A special thank you to the folks over at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Silverdale. What a caring group of employees. They recently just wrap up their clothing, hygiene and food drive. In addition $783.00 was also donated in cash. WOW! We are so grateful for all their efforts in helping us with our homeless and at-risk youth in Kitsap County.

Mora Iced Creamery scooped up to help us in the form of a food, clothing and hygiene drive. They also packed 200 food bags at there plant. Amazing group of folks. We are so grateful for all their efforts.
