nonprofit organization committed to the rescue of homeless
and street kids. More than TEN years on the streets. A decade
of making a difference!
Everyone can make a difference! One of the ways that
you can help is by providing any of the below packets, that
our Outreach Counselors take to the streets for the kids.
Outreach Food Packets
Small Serving Sizes
1 Moist Towelette
2 Juice (small carton w/straw)
1 Small (pop top) Pudding/Fruit Cup
1 Chocolate Candy Bar
1 Small (pop top) Beenie Weenie / Spaghetti
etc.
1 Napkin & Plastic Ware Packet
1 Granola Bar
1 Small Box of Raisins
1 Package of Gum
1 Package of Chips
Hygiene Kits
These should be provided in the small
TRAVEL SIZES….
Deodorant (male and female)
Lip Balm
Disposable Razor
Single Packs of Vitamins (Multi-Vitamins)
Comb/Brush
Small Shampoo
Tissue
Toothbrush - Toothpaste - Dental Floss
Sun Screen
Handi-Wipe
Feminine Products

We need clothing items for the kids on a regular basis.
These are the most frequently used items that we never seem
to have enough of.

Underwear (Boxers - Small)

Sleeping Bags
Jackets
As you can imagine, an all volunteer program
conducting and "on the streets" outreach program
and operating a 2,200 square foot outreach center, we have
a "wish list" as long as your arm.
So thanks for dropping by to see us. We appreciate
the food, clothes, hygiene products, and the great furniture
you've brought to help make the center a great place for
our kids! Wow, you're great...
Just wanted you to know that currently we're
open Monday through Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. Approximately
35-50 kids are dropping by each day to spend some quality
time with us and get something to eat.
We've also helped a number of kids find jobs
this summer. We've found a way to send a couple home,
and a few more off the streets, and into apartments.
We've sent for a lot of birth certificates so kids can get
identification. Actually, the first step toward
a job or apartment. Some are working on their GED, and
a couple want to go to college in the Fall.

As you can see the word has spread that
we are a place about and for kids and they have found out
that we really do care!
We feed, clothe, and provide the kids with
hygiene products. As you can well imagine, 300 plus kids
per week is a lot of STUFF. So, we need your help!
Not just with everyday necessities, but we need help with
the following:

Books & Magazines

A Book Case

Also, Gift Certificates to grocery stores,
Office Depot, and Home Depot, and shoe stores would be extremely
helpful.
As you can see we really do need your help.
We operate the center with two part-time employees ($500
per month) and all the rest of us are volunteers.
