Since 1990, StandUp For Kids has continued to have a strong presence in cities across America, where programs carry out the mission of helping homeless and at-risk youths. However, it was not until recently that StandUp For Kids Programs started to be recognized at high schools and university campuses. Referred to as StandUp For Kids School Clubs, these programs have become a major component of the organization. Currently, clubs have been established in Ohio, Georgia, and California, and the organization continues to work with other high schools and universities to launch additional StandUp For Kids School Clubs.
