Help Them Home
April 24, 2024
One day. One goal: to end homelessness in Orange County. We’ve partnered with over 20 other non-profits to devote 24 hours to serving our community together. This April 24th, our goal is to raise $50,000. You can help us meet our goal by simply clicking a link on your phone for this all-virtual event or by sharing the event with your friends and family. All funds raised will go to support our Journey to Self-Sufficiency Program (JTS).
The JTS program is a 5 Stage mentoring program targeted to helping young adults between the ages of 18 and 24, who are experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness by equipping them with the tools, skills and support system they need to thrive.

Vintage Car Poker Run
June 29, 2024
This year, we’re bringing a twist to our Annual Car Show. In association with Auto Addiction OC, a classic car sanctuary, StandUp for Kids Orange County presents the 2024 Poker Run.
Drivers will gather at a starting location and proceed to cruise a route in Orange County where they will make stops at different automotive shops before arriving at Auto Addiction. At each stop, registered participants will receive a playing card until they have enough to reach a full hand in poker. The participants with the best poker hands at the finish line will receive prizes based on their score.
At the finish line at Auto Addiction OC, there will be music, food, drinks, and a chance to hear from some of the youth from StandUp for Kids. Aside from cars that sign up, Auto Addiction has a garage filled with 100 beautiful classics and a luxurious VIP lounge. Help us cruise to our goal of $30,000 to support our Road Map To Success (RMTS) Program.
RMTS supports youth in need in the Orange County school system by providing basic needs, school tutoring support, and ongoing mentoring to build trust and loving, caring relationships with our youth. This program seeks to create a framework for positive relationships while fostering effective communication and decision-making skills.

Annual Gala
Saturday, October 12th, 2024
Join us to celebrate 21 years of serving at-risk and homeless youth in Orange County. Our 7th annual Gala will bring excitement and energy to compliment the heartfelt words of sponsors, donors, staff, and volunteers who make all of this possible.
Help us reach our $200,000 fundraising goal which will support all areas of programming that are not covered by city or county grants. These funds will ensure youth continue to have access to emergency housing, basic furnishing, all basic needs, school supplies, and healthy groceries.

Last year’s StandUp and Move showed the willingness of our community to get active for a good cause. This year, we’re looking to increase our efforts through virtual and physical events.
