Our expectations for 2008 continue to be greater than ever! We must continue to be the message, push forward, and insist that children should not have to survive on the streets! We are compelled to accomplish more for "our" kids.

  1. Provide services, at least 60,000 times to homeless and street kids and at-risk youth.
  2. Recruit a minimum of 1,000 volunteers to help reach more homeless and street kids and at-risk youth .
  3. Position two Regional Directors to help oversee 20 of our programs; Los Angeles and New York Region.
  4. Position at least three more trainers to help with training on a national scale.
  5. Start a Don’t Run Away Club in a minimum of 20 High Schools/Colleges
  6. Start a STANDUP FOR KIDS’ Program in at least ten new cities. Possibilities are: Nashville, Birmingham, Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, Pittsburgh, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose, Madison, San Bernardino, and Riverside
  7. Work with our partners Virgin Unite and Virgin Mobile to present a great advocacy program in Washington, D.C., and start a college scholarship program.
  8. Work with our partner Starpoint to open an Outreach Center and Regional Office in Los Angeles.
  9. A continued expectation that our voices will become more successful in raising awareness of Child Abuse. A case of child abuse is reported every six seconds.
  10. An expectation that we will add another 10,000 people to our national data base and keep them advised of the national efforts to help homeless and street kids.

An expectation that YOU will commit to do one thing to help homeless and street kids in your community!
