| You
may have seen us out on the streets. You've probably
seen our kids too. These are some of our kids and
some of our volunteers....

Ilene (Colorado Trainer), Seasha and
her kids, and Laura (Boulder outreach counselor).
Seasha has been one of our kids for a few years. She
is now a proud high school graduate and we believe
in her. She has volunteered with us and we love her.

One of our kids, Soup, is collecting
spare on a street corner. Matt, a StandUp For Kids
volunteer, talks with Soup on outreach.

Laura, Dave and Ilene - three StandUp
For Kids volunteers - debrief after outreach.

StandUp For Kids interns, Andrea and
Nomi, search through donated coats at a Coats 4 Colorado
Warehouse. As a not-for-profit organization, StandUp
For Kids receives support from charitable donors committed
to the aims of our organization.
Mike is moving boxes with donations at our storage
area
James, Lars, Dave, Mike, and Andrea all assist in
organizing the StandUp For Kids storage area. We collect
clothing, blankets, hygiene products and more from
individuals and group organizations in an effort to
assist homeless children in need. After organizing
the items, we bring them to the streets and help the
kids.
Marc talks to a church youth group about what it
is like to be a homeless child and the dangerous lifestyle
these youth face.
Here is one of our kids and Mary Ellen, a volunteer
with StandUp For Kids. Volunteers build mentoring
relationships with homeless and at-risk youth and
empower these kids toward lifelong personal growth.
Every week trained StandUp For Kids volunteer street
counselors walk the streets, alleys, river beds, and
sewers looking for Americas homeless and street
kids. Dave, Mary Ellen, Mike, and Nomi are four of
our outreach counselors walking the streets of Boulder
helping kids.
Nomi sorts through coats that will keep many of the
homeless and street kids warmer in Boulder this winter.
