We thank you Sergeant Robert Kuroda and Officer Jarrod Lewis of the Long Beach Police Department South Division Community Policing for the extreme generosity of time, resources and professionalism. Friday, July 1st was an amazing experience for the volunteers of the newly assembled STANDUP FOR KIDS , Long Beach. Climbing and retaining walls, exploring encampments and being introduced to the homeless people and community, we have developed a strong relationship that will enable STANDUP FOR KIDS – Long Beach’s visions to flourish. Your hours of support will prove to be a valuable investment into the lives of Long Beach’s street kids.
