Whole Foods selects StandUp for Kids - San Antonio to benefit from their Community Giving Day on April 4th, donating 5% of their gross profits that day.
Whole Foods Market had a very successful Comunity Giving Day and donated well over $4000 to our organization in support of our mission to help homeless youth. This puts Whole Foods Market as our Platinum sponsor for the D&R Fiesta Fundraiser and, this significant donation will contribute greatly to our Apartment Support Program.

Youth Drop-In Night
We had our first monthly Youth Drop-In Night to kick off our "48 Hours on the Streets Campaign" and it was a huge success. We look forward to providing this drop-in night on a regular monthly basis so San Antonio's homeless youth have their own place to get away from the dangers of the streets, have a meal and some social time. StandUp For Kids street outreach counselors worked with the youth on advancing their efforts to get off the streets and build a brighter future for themselves.

Don't Run Away Program
We provide an educational program to elementary and middle school students on the dangers of running away and provide resources to contact if they are having a family crisis at home.
